You can manage this yourself through your Race Roster account — log in there to update your details or transfer your entry to another distance or another person. A $10 transfer fee applies (plus any price difference if moving to a longer distance). It's the fastest way to sort it.

Race check-in / bib collection: Saturday 1:00–5:30pm at the Inverloch Glade (all races). Sunday: 5:30–7:00am at Inverloch for Marathon & Half Marathon, or 6:30–8:00am at Cape Paterson for the 14km.
