Marathon

The full marathon event at the Inverloch Running Festival offers a double out-and-back route, starting and finishing at the scenic Glades in Inverloch. This course takes runners along the stunning Bunurong Coastal Drive to Marine Park Drive just outside of Cape Patterson, providing an opportunity to experience the best of Victoria’s Bass Coast multiple times.

Starting at the Glades, runners will head south, passing landmarks such as the Inverloch Surf Beach and Flat Rocks with its expansive rock platforms. The route continues along the undulating coastal road, reaching the turnaround point at Marine Park Drive. After returning to the Glades, runners will repeat the out-and-back journey, offering another chance to enjoy the breathtaking ocean views and vibrant beach communities. This full marathon is designed to challenge and inspire runners of all levels, ensuring a memorable and rewarding experience as you complete this picturesque coastal course twice.
